Scope
This appendix applies to Flora Mind, the KintsuLabs mobile AI plant identification and care assistant. It should be read together with the full KintsuLabs Privacy Policy.
Product-specific data handled
Flora Mind may handle sign-in identifiers, email address, phone number when used for login, optional display name, avatar, language and region preferences, subscription entitlement data, support or feedback content, device and diagnostic data, daily quota status, plant photos you take or upload, processed image URLs, plant identification results, confidence estimates, toxicity notes, health observations, care guidance, weed or invasive-species indicators, similar-plant notes, plant history, and sharing metadata.
How this product uses data
Flora Mind uses this data to authenticate accounts, process plant identification requests, generate AI plant names and care guidance, save plant history for signed-in users, sync history across devices, manage free quotas and premium access, create share cards or links when you choose to use sharing tools, respond to support or feedback, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Product-specific providers
Flora Mind may use Supabase for authentication, database, backend functions, and account data; Cloudflare R2-compatible storage for plant images; Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, email one-time codes, or SMS providers for login; RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play for subscriptions; AI providers for plant identification and care guidance; Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics; and Resend for support or service emails.
Account, deletion, and export controls
You can delete your Flora Mind account from the app settings where available or by contacting support@kintsulabs.app. You can control camera and photo library access in your device settings. If you request deletion of hosted images associated with your account, we remove relevant records from active systems within the timeframe described in the full Privacy Policy.
Important notes
Flora Mind uses plant photos for plant identification, history, care guidance, and sharing features you choose to use. It does not use plant photos for advertising, ad targeting, face recognition, or identifying people.
