1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any KintsuLabs service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms that apply to the product you use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use a service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
2. Our Services
KintsuLabs provides software products, websites, apps, and related services. Features, availability, supported platforms, pricing, and product behavior may vary by product, region, device, account type, and plan. Product-specific terms describe the main service scope for each product.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Some services may include paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, trials, credits, or usage limits. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellation rules, and refunds may be handled by the relevant app store, payment processor, or subscription provider. You retain ownership of your lawful content, but grant KintsuLabs a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services.
6. Intellectual Property
KintsuLabs and its licensors retain all rights in the services, including software, designs, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and other materials, except for your own lawful content. These Terms do not grant you ownership of KintsuLabs intellectual property or permission to use our branding without written approval.
7. AI and Automated Features
Some services may include AI, automation, analysis, or generated outputs. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Product-specific terms explain any important limitations for AI or automated features in that product.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the services, fail to pay amounts owed, or if continued operation of a service is no longer commercially or technically practical. We will handle account data according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled under the governing law and venue applicable to KintsuLabs or the contracting entity identified for the service. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country or region are not limited by these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cancel through the platform where you purchased it, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or another billing provider. Cancellation timing and refunds are governed by the billing platform terms shown at purchase.
Who owns the content I create or upload?
You retain ownership of your lawful content. KintsuLabs receives only the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and operate the services you choose to use.
