Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Reclaim or App Screens Studio constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account or accessing either product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any KintsuLabs service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of Services

KintsuLabs operates two distinct products designed to serve different user needs. Reclaim is a mobile habit recovery and self-discipline assistant application that provides:

• Recovery progress tracking and streak monitoring
• Daily motivation and science-backed recovery strategies
• AI coaching and personalized insights to support your journey
• Mood tracking, meditation, and cognitive training tools
• SMS-based authentication for secure account access

App Screens Studio is a web-based app store screenshot creation tool that provides:

• A template library for designing professional app store screenshots
• Image upload and management capabilities
• Screenshot creation and customization tools for app store listings

All KintsuLabs services are intended for personal and professional use in accordance with these Terms.

Subscription and Payment Terms

KintsuLabs offers premium subscription plans for both Reclaim and App Screens Studio, each billed on a monthly recurring basis. Reclaim Premium is available at $9.99 per month and provides access to advanced recovery tools, AI coaching features, and personalized insights. App Screens Studio Pro is available at $19 per month and unlocks premium templates, advanced customization options, and priority support.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error or are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us at support@kintsulabs.app within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.

KintsuLabs reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email and a prominent notice on our website. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

User Conduct

All users of Reclaim and App Screens Studio must adhere to acceptable use standards. When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Use the services only for their intended purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any KintsuLabs application
• Not use the services for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not upload infringing, obscene, or malicious content to App Screens Studio

User-Generated Content

Users of App Screens Studio retain full ownership of all content they create or upload through the platform. This includes screenshots, images, designs, and any other materials produced using our tools and templates. By using App Screens Studio, you grant KintsuLabs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to KintsuLabs. We will not sell, sublicense, or use your content for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You may delete your content at any time, and upon deletion, KintsuLabs will remove it from active systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backup retention policies.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload, including any images, logos, or brand assets. You agree not to upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Reclaim and App Screens Studio belong exclusively to KintsuLabs. All content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, templates, and software — are the exclusive property of KintsuLabs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without prior written consent.

AI Features Disclaimer

The Reclaim AI Coach provides general wellness guidance and motivational support to assist users in their habit recovery journey. This feature uses artificial intelligence to offer personalized suggestions, progress insights, and encouragement based on your usage patterns and self-reported data.

The AI Coach does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional health advice. Its recommendations are informational in nature and should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

KintsuLabs makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated guidance for any individual's specific circumstances. Your use of AI features is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

KintsuLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Reclaim, App Screens Studio, or both at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our services.

You may delete your account at any time through the respective app or account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of KintsuLabs services shall be resolved through the following process.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@kintsulabs.app. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your written notice describing the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Age Restrictions

KintsuLabs services are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By creating an account or using Reclaim or App Screens Studio, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 16, we will promptly terminate their account and delete any associated personal data.

Parents or guardians who believe their child under 16 has created an account or provided personal information to KintsuLabs should contact us immediately at support@kintsulabs.app so that we can take appropriate action.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

KintsuLabs provides Reclaim and App Screens Studio on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.

Reclaim is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KintsuLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any KintsuLabs service.
