Privacy Policy for Reclaim

Scope

This appendix applies to Reclaim, the KintsuLabs mobile habit recovery and self-discipline assistant. It should be read together with the full KintsuLabs Privacy Policy.

Product-specific data handled

Reclaim may handle sign-in identifiers, language and region preferences, habit setup details, recovery start dates, check-ins, streaks, relapse records, mood scores, mood tags, SOS breathing events, journal entries and drafts, selected aspirations, milestones, XP and rank data, subscription entitlement data, support requests, and device or diagnostic data.

If you choose optional AI or partner features, Reclaim may also handle AI Coach messages, journal analysis results, insight reports, high-risk time suggestions, partner names and email addresses, invitation tokens, limited partner dashboard access tokens, notification metadata, widget data, and CSV or PDF export request details.

How this product uses data

Reclaim uses this data to authenticate accounts, sync recovery progress, calculate streaks, maintain journal and mood history, deliver SOS breathing support, provide widgets, unlock premium features, process optional AI Coach and journal analysis requests, generate insight reports, support accountability partner invitations and notifications, create requested exports, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Product-specific providers

Reclaim may use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions; Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, email one-time codes, or SMS delivery providers for login; RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play for subscriptions and entitlement checks; AI providers for optional AI Coach, journal analysis, insights, and high-risk suggestions; Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics; and Resend for service, support, and partner-related emails.

Account, deletion, and export controls

You can delete your Reclaim account from the app settings where available or by contacting support@kintsulabs.app. Reclaim may also provide CSV or PDF export features for selected recovery and journal data. Device permissions, local notifications, and widget behavior can be managed through app or device settings.

Important notes

Reclaim does not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, microphone recordings, camera recordings, or payment card numbers. Recovery, journal, AI, and partner features are sensitive by nature, so you should avoid entering information about another person unless you have permission.
