Scope
This appendix applies to App Screens Studio, the KintsuLabs web-based app store screenshot creation tool. It should be read together with the full KintsuLabs Terms of Service.
Product service
App Screens Studio provides a web editor for creating app store screenshots, including templates, image uploads, layout and customization tools, screenshot generation, and asset management features where available.
Payments and premium access
App Screens Studio may offer free features, paid plans, premium templates, exports, or future subscription options. Any paid features will be governed by the purchase terms shown at the time of purchase and by the full KintsuLabs Terms of Service.
User responsibilities
You must upload only screenshots, logos, graphics, fonts, and other assets that you have the right to use. You are responsible for app store listing claims, product statements, promotional text, and compliance with Apple App Store, Google Play, and other platform rules. You must not use App Screens Studio to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or deceptive materials.
Product disclaimers
App Screens Studio helps create visual assets, but it does not guarantee app store approval, ranking, conversion performance, legal compliance, or platform acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing exported screenshots and store listing materials before publication.
Account, access, and termination
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. KintsuLabs may suspend or terminate access to App Screens Studio if you violate the Terms, upload unlawful or infringing content, misuse the service, or create risk for users, third parties, or KintsuLabs. You may request account or upload deletion by contacting support@kintsulabs.app.
