Scope
This appendix applies to Flora Mind, the KintsuLabs mobile AI plant identification and care assistant. It should be read together with the full KintsuLabs Terms of Service.
Product service
Flora Mind provides plant identification from photos you take or upload, AI-generated plant names, confidence estimates, health observations, care guidance, toxicity notes, weed and invasive-species indicators, similar-plant comparisons, plant history and cloud sync for signed-in users, sharing tools, free daily identification quota, and optional premium access.
Payments and premium access
Flora Mind may offer free daily identifications and optional premium access through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat-managed offerings, free trials, lifetime access, or other authorized plans. Premium access may unlock expanded or unlimited AI identifications, saved plant profiles, care guidance, toxicity information, and future premium features.
User responsibilities
You must upload only photos and content that you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of people, private property, or sensitive information unless you have the necessary rights and consent. You must not use Flora Mind for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive purposes.
Product disclaimers
Flora Mind AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Flora Mind is not a substitute for a professional botanist, horticulturist, agricultural advisor, veterinarian, poison control center, medical professional, safety professional, or local authority. Do not eat, handle, plant, remove, treat, or expose children or animals to a plant based solely on Flora Mind output.
Account, access, and termination
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. KintsuLabs may suspend or terminate access to Flora Mind if you violate the Terms, misuse quotas or subscriptions, upload unlawful or infringing content, create risk for others, or abuse the service. You may delete your account through the app settings where available or by contacting support@kintsulabs.app.
