Scope
This appendix applies to Reclaim, the KintsuLabs mobile habit recovery and self-discipline assistant. It should be read together with the full KintsuLabs Terms of Service.
Product service
Reclaim provides habit setup, recovery progress tracking, streak monitoring, relapse logging, backfill, milestones, XP and rank progression, daily check-ins, mood tracking, journal entries and drafts, selected aspirations, SOS 4-7-8 breathing support, optional AI Coach and journal analysis, insight reports, accountability partner features, widgets, cloud sync, and data export tools where available.
Payments and premium access
Reclaim may offer free features and optional premium access through weekly, yearly, lifetime, free-trial, or other authorized plans. Premium features may include expanded or unlimited journals, AI features, advanced analytics, accountability partner features, widgets, cloud sync, exports, and other tools. Purchases through Apple or Google are managed by the relevant app store and RevenueCat where applicable.
User responsibilities
You must use Reclaim only for lawful self-reflection and habit recovery support. You must not enter another person's personal, health, journal, recovery, or contact information unless you have permission. You must not invite an accountability partner without permission to provide that person's email address, and you must not use partner dashboards, notifications, messages, exports, or sharing features to harass, shame, monitor, or harm anyone.
Product disclaimers
Reclaim is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, addiction-treatment, crisis-response, or emergency support. AI Coach, journal analysis, insights, streaks, high-risk suggestions, partner notifications, and exports are informational and supportive tools only. If you may harm yourself or others, are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified professional immediately.
Account, access, and termination
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. KintsuLabs may suspend or terminate access to Reclaim if you violate the Terms, misuse subscriptions or quotas, create risk for others, infringe rights, or abuse the service. You may delete your account through the app settings where available or by contacting support@kintsulabs.app.
